The Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development (CBCD) has the mission to investigate relations between postnatal brain development and changes in perceptual, cognitive, and linguistic abilities from birth through childhood. The Centre incorporates the Babylab from the former MRC Cognitive Development Unit, and receives its core funding from the Medical Research Council.
